Bookings Policy
Valid credit card details are only required to secure your booking with payment made upon arrival via your preferred payment method.
Cancellations
Cancellations or modifications are free if made more than 3 days from the booked day of arrival.
One night’s cancellation fee shall apply if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
Modifications and date changes are subject to availability.
The latest arrival time is 9.00pm and failure to arrive before that time will incur a one night cancellation fee and cancellation of the booking.
Wet Season Maintenance Period
Sanctuary is closed for it’s annual Wet season maintenance period from the 1st December 2014 and reopens on the 3rd April 2015.
Cautions
Sanctuary is located on the top of a steep hill giving wonderful views. However, the steep terrain means that to make the most out of Sanctuary,
intending guests should be reasonably fit and physically active. Sanctuary regrets that we are unable to accommodate children under
the age of 11 years old.
