Mission Beach is made up of four beachside townships, over about 16 kilometres. The township of Mission Beach is 12 km´s by car (about 15 minutes) or 7 km´s by foot (along the beaches, taking about 1 ½ hours). The Sanctuary courtesy vehicle also makes at least one trip a day into Mission Beach and you’re welcome to hop on for a lift if there is room.
