‘It was during my first visit to Sanctuary that I fell in love with the place – it’s natural beauty, spectacular view over the Coral Sea, and setting amongst the rainforest. Since that time I have run eight yoga retreats at Sanctuary and people consistently remark on the fresh, delicious, and healthy food which is adapted to everyone’s particular needs as well as the setting for all activities at Sanctuary. The yoga room is secluded and nestled in the heart of the rainforest where the natural environment enhances the practices, and we always seem to have the nearby beach to ourselves for morning sunrise meditations.
